ScopeCheck® FB perfectly combines the advantages of existing contact and optical 3D meters. The fixed-bridge, volcanic rock base structure provides excellent specifications with extreme measurement dynamics. ScopeCheck® FB boasts compact sizes and light weight while offering high accuracy and wide range of measurements. Multi-ram multi-ram concept allows unrestricted multi-sensor measurement. Up to three independent sensor axes allow for rapid sensor exchange and minimize collision risk.

  • The measuring equipment is easily accessible from all directions, and the range of measurement is not limited by the inactivity of the sensor, separating the glass table and the projection unit, placing the heavy measuring equipment directly on the measuring table, applying a rigid mechanical precision guide instead of the measurable air bearings, and applying the ideal integrated zoom optics to the production site installation, performing precise optical measurements with a flexible, slim probing ram that can safely measure the deep shape inside the measuring material without collision. The second and third sensor axes can be added.
