Measurement service process

Submit your request through the website or by phone. After a technical feasibility review, we provide a detailed quotation, receive and inspect the sample, perform the measurement, and deliver the report with raw data. The service follows five steps from request to delivery.

For efficient measurement, please share reference drawings or 3D model files such as CAD or STEP files, the key areas to inspect, tolerance information for pass/fail decisions, and the sample quantity, material, surface condition and dimensions.

Yes. Without drawings or a 3D model, it can be harder to define clear evaluation criteria. Please describe the target areas and purpose as specifically as possible so we can propose a suitable approach.

Both courier delivery and in-person drop-off are available. We inspect the sample condition upon receipt before measurement.

We provide a result report summarizing the measurement items and evaluation results, together with the original raw measurement data. Tell us about any required report format when submitting your request.

Where confidentiality is required, we can proceed after executing an NDA. Let us know when submitting your request and we will guide you through the agreement process.

Contact us at any time if you have questions about a delivered result. We can review the measurement conditions or evaluation criteria, and arrange a remeasurement after discussion where there is a confirmed reason to do so.

Yes. We handle recurring measurements for production inspection or regular quality control, as well as large sample volumes. Share the expected quantity and frequency and we will propose an appropriate process and quotation.

When time is limited, we can review whether urgent handling is possible. Availability depends on sample condition, measurement complexity and our current schedule, so please share your required delivery date in advance.
