The spinnerets are made of small holes pierced through metal disks, some of which are made of complex gold shapes. They need to measure the shape of the entire nozzle. Because the gap is small at 10 μm to 20 μm, the level of measurement inaccuracy requirement is high. The measurement time is a relatively secondary factor. The shape and diameter uniformity of the nozzle holes are directly related to the fiber's thickness and quality, so that when combined with fiber optic probes (WFP) and image processing, it can be accurately measured to the inside wall shape of the micro-hole.
