The cylinder head is made of aluminum or cast iron. It checks for distance and angle measurements, void at processing sites, and other fault functions. The measurement time priorities are relatively low. Because it is a prismatic component with complex curves and multiple processing surfaces, the Werth image processing laser, base point sensor and scanning probe can be combined in one coordinate system to assess both the shape, size and surface defects simultaneously.
