Gear-toothed milling cutter tool

A gear cutter is a gear cutter, a tool for machining with a diameter of large and a cutting edge of more than 10 in common. The main cutters are a diameter, axis-directional oscillation, radial run-out, and cutting edge profile, and the vehicle has very strict measurement inaccuracy requirements of 2 μm to 20 μm. It is advisable to combine optical and contact multiple sensors and color-difference focus sensors to accurately obtain multiple cutting edges. Comparing the cutting edge latitude to the latitude can diagnose a decrease in the precision of machining and the latitude. As a large rotating body, it is recommended to ensure the measurement of reproduction by rotary axis and stable clamping.
