기어 치형 가공용 밀링 커터 공구

치형 커터는 기어 치형 가공용 공구로 직경이 크고 절삭날이 흔히 10개 이상입니다. 주요 치수는 직경, 축 방향 흔들림(axial run-out), 반경 방향 흔들림(radial run-out), 절삭날 프로파일이며, 공차는 2 µm~20 µm로 측정 불확도 요구가 매우 엄격합니다.

다수의 절삭날을 정밀하게 취득하기 위해 광학·접촉식 멀티센서와 색수차 초점 센서를 병용하는 것이 유리합니다. 각 절삭날 간 형상 편차를 비교하면 공구 마모와 가공 정밀도 저하를 조기에 진단할 수 있습니다. 대형 회전체이므로 로터리 축과 안정적 클램핑으로 측정 재현성을 확보하는 것이 권장됩니다.
