Press strips are usually made of bronze or bronze, and have a high reflection rate surface. The most important geometric characteristics are distance, radius, angle, position deviation. The interval range is 20 μm to 100 μm, and the measurement uncertainty requirements are in the middle range, and the measurement time requirements are similar. High-resolution metal surfaces are easy to generate discrepancies due to specular reflection during optical measurement, so Werth's image processing and telecentric lighting and semiconductor sensors combine to perform stable edge detection and shape measurement.
