The spulls control the fluid through precise sliding motion within the valve body, so the position and shape precision of the outer diameter and axis directional land depend on the function. In particular, the roundness and straightness of the axis, the sharpening of the edge, the leakage, are directly affected, and it is advantageous to evaluate the micro-form variation simultaneously with optical and contact-based multisensors.
