스풀은 밸브 바디 내에서 정밀한 슬라이딩 운동으로 유량을 조절하므로, 외경(diameter)과 축 방향 랜드(land)의 위치·형상 정밀도가 기능을 좌우합니다. 특히 진원도(roundness)와 직진도(straightness), 엣지의 샤프니스가 누유(leakage) 특성에 직접 영향을 주어, 광학·접촉식 멀티센서로 미세 형상 편차를 동시에 평가하는 것이 유리합니다.

Werth 회전축과 스캐닝 프로브, 공초점 센서를 조합하면 원통형 스풀의 프로파일을 회전시키며 연속 취득할 수 있어 고정밀 형상 검증이 가능합니다.
