TomoScope® XS FOV (patented) is a flexible and simple industrial 3D CT equipment that can quickly perform single-layer computer imaging. 3D measurements are performed directly within the detector's range of view (FOV) without axis shifting, and can be fully automated. Using the appropriate fixed tool, multiple small measurements such as led or mullioned can be measured simultaneously. TomoScope® XS FOV is ideal for mass-produced plastic emissions measurements at the production site.

The rotary axis allows for the complete measurement of both rotational symmetrical and rectangular measurements at different points, providing optimal measurement access for different sensors.
