Rubber profile measurement programs are often pre-written using CAD data at the design stage. The most important formatted properties besides distance, angle, and radius are wall thickness, and comparison between the entire profile and CAD dataset. The measurement time is important, and the intersection is at 50 μm to 100 μm, so the measurement imprecision is low. Rubber is a carbonate deformation, so contactless optical measurement is advantageous in avoiding formatted distortion, and rapidly contrasting one-sided contours with CAD can effectively manage continuous output quality.
