The side walls of the extraction shaped parts have a draft angle due to the manufacturing process. For example, the front part of the connector housing requires a high level of sealing due to the required sealing function. The most important shape characteristics are the position, diameter, distance, and the plane of the sealing. Since the cross section is 20 μm to 100 μm, the level of measurement uncertainty requirements corresponds to the middle range. The requirements for measurement times are also equally medium. The side walls with a double-shaped angle and the sealing surface are directly related to the assembly and density, so using an optical-contact flat multi-sensor on a single coordinate can efficiently test various shape characteristics.
