The rim is characterized by a radial undercut of the cutting edge. The measuring parameter is a diameter, circular run-out radial, point shape, and the intersection is very small and the measurement inaccuracy requirement is very high. The rim is treated as a shaft when measured with an image processing sensor, which is effective at rotating over the rotary axis and obtaining the entire original shape. Using a color-square focal sensor, it can be accurately measured in close contact to the subcut area, so that the shape of the rim can be evaluated without any contact deformation.
