Non-spherical lenses have very complex shapes, very high levels of gaps, and scratch-sensitive surfaces. The most important geological characteristic is the offset of the total surface gap and the maximum point of focus on the field. The need for measurement inaccuracies is extremely high, and measurement times are important. Fixed-mille multicentors combining a point of focus sensor and a fiber probe are recommended to evaluate point offset and free-angle gaps at nanoscale.
