The most important formative characteristics, along with distance, radius, shape, and position differential evaluation, are surface form deviation of the entire surface. The requirements for measurement inaccuracy are very strict, requiring compliance with the 10 μm to 20 μm gap. Large-weight gold-shaped surface formative differences are directly related to the quality of the final formulation, so combining free-angle scanning and optical measurements using scanning probes can effectively verify the shape of a wide area.
