The blisters combine with an aluminium cover to form a complete purification cover. The important measurement parameter is the thickness of the entire wall of the blister and the thickness of the individual plastic layer. The layer thickness is very thin, so the pass is also within the range of several micrometers. The measuring time is a relatively secondary factor. The thickness of each layer of the multilayer structure is directly related to the protective performance of the cover, such as the washing and drilling, so that industrial CT can be used to accurately measure the thickness of each layer in a non-destructive way without single-sided damage.
